Welcome to a Week of QI!
In this free course, you have a 5 days a week practice.
Each day, from Monday to Friday, you can follow a 30 min class with Dr. Michael Smith.
Each day of the work week also has a theme, and each days practice will go into more depth with a specific exercise.
By the end of the week, you will have a personal 30 minute Qi Gong flow, and have a deep understanding of five potent and playful exercises.
