Yi Jin Jing Terminology

There are three terms that will help you be precise in cultivating the long-term benefits of Yi Jin Jing practice.

Pandiculation can be described as stretching like a cat.

Tensegrity uses precise stretching and strengthening exercise patterns to build fascia and muscle tone equally across every join and contractile chain in the body.

Integrity of tonus in all directions/dimensions and structure relies on self-regulated isometric and isotonic resistance.
