There are countless reasons why Shaolin Strength and Longevity Qi Gong can improve your health, vitality, and Longevity.

The most obvious one is simple. Regular resistance training, including Shaolin Qi Gong, increases the number of mitochondria in your trillions of muscle cells.

Mitochondria are like little spark plugs, in that they burn fuel. When you build more Mitochondria your Metabolic increases.
