Skillful Breathing Increases Nitric Oxide

One of the most provable benefits of increased effort, circulation, deep nasal breathing, consistent breath-holds, and the relaxation response, is an increase in Nitric Oxide.

You need three breath gases to live, O2 CO2 and NO. The third breath gas, Nitric Oxide (NO), offers a unique and VERY tangible way to increase the benefits of your practice.

Some would say that the clearest Qi for Qi Gong practice is the balance of those three gases with breathwork movement and extended stillness. Nitric Oxide is pretty new on the ‘scene’ of go to self care opportunities.

It is free and only takes 15 minutes 2 times per day to measurably benefit your vitality and longevity.
